contacted Red Hat to bring the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification
programme to Turkey (which was chosen as the world's best IT

Bryce was established and he promoted as "Technical & Operations
Group Manager".
2001 He became
Turkey's first Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) & Examiner (RHCX).
2001-2004
Besides his management duties he delivered Red Hat Linux & Solaris
courses (with %100 customer satisfaction).
2004 He
established Perception Training & Consultancy.
He continues to
deliver HP-UX, Solaris and Red Hat Linux training and provides
consultancy in relevant areas.
