Perception is serving the biggest companies of Turkey since 2004, primarily about UNIX/Linux training and consulting. In 2005 Perception became a Red Hat Certified Training Partner. As of 2022 Perception is continuing its relationship with Red Hat in a different manner and is providing instructors for official Red Hat training.
Perception has been working for the localization of Red Hat Certified Administrator and Red Hat Certified Engineer exams since 2009. Due to the commitment to Red Hat training business, Perception has been given the 'Directors Award' in FY2012.
Alpaslan Kaplan, who has pioneered in bringing the official Red Hat trainings to Turkey is the first and the only Red Hat Certified Architect as of November 2012. He is the first person to obtain the Red Hat Engineer and Examiner certificates in 2001. He has been awarded the 'Examiner of the Year' for fiscal year 2010 in EMEA region.
